Current Daily Schedule
To give you an idea of where my training currently stands and the other elements of my life which I think helps me to improve my performance here is my current daily schedule, let me know your thoughts and if you have any suggestions.
Morning: 0540 - Meditate, 0550 - Own body exercises (60 push ups, 60 dips, 80 sit-ups, plank) 0610 - Get Ready for work 0650 - Ride to work 0715 - Arrive at Work
